KAREN
Karen brings over three decades of experience in practice management. We were lucky to pull her out of retirement in January of 2021. She previously ran my sister’s, Dr. Michelle Greenspan, office in downtown Asheville. She is our remote practice administrator and in house on an as needed basis. Karen has a wealth of knowledge of all things business. In her down time she loves spending time with her wife, two cat fur babies and loving friends and family. Her favorite activities are travel, scuba diving and biking. Karen is really excited to be back in the business of helping people regain their health.
LESA
Lesa has been with Greenspan Wellness Center since December of 2019 and is our Office Manager. Additionally, she loves also being a Case Manager and working one-on-one with our patients to ensure they have the best experience and outcome. While not working here she enjoys spending time with her family and fur babies. She also likes to spend time in her herb, flower, and vegetable gardens. She enjoys knitting, reading, and making herbal recipes for both culinary and medicinal purposes.
KANDACE
Kandace joined the Greenspan Wellness team October of 2020 as one of our Therapy Assistants. She is now our second case manager. She greatly enjoys her daily interactions with our patients. When she is not here with us, Kandace keeps busy with her teenage son and her fur and feathered babies. She has dogs, cats, and chickens! Her favorite past-time and artistic outlet is working with clay. Kandace has a Fine Arts Degree as well as an Associate in Science-Pottery Degree and works out of a small pottery studio and kiln at her home.
HEATHER
Heather joined the Greenspan Wellness team as a Therapy Assistant in January of 2023. She has over 12 years of experience in medical assisting and chiropractic office management. She is passionate about helping patients and educating them about natural healthcare. She loves music and can be heard singing or humming around the office. When Heather isn’t at work she spends her time with her son and dog Magnolia. Heather loves camping, hiking, kayaking and being with her family.
